Starting Small in East Texas
Energy Transfer’s first assets were roughly 200 miles of natural gas pipeline in East Texas. Those miles multiplied over the following decades through acquisitions and organic growth as Warren expanded the company’s reach and the range of commodities it handled. Energy Transfer now transports natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude oil, and refined products through a national network.
